Here's how it works:
1. Prep your nails.
2. Apply Shellac Base Coat and cure it.
3. Apply two layers of Shellac color.
4. Add your chosen pigment with a dry brush.
5. Seal with CND Shellac No-Wipe Top Coat.
6. Finish with cuticle oil.
