There is no shipping over the weekends. Your order may take longer due to higher than normal order volumes

Order Processing and Transit Times:

Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after being placed. Orders placed after 5pm on Thursday to 6am on Friday will be picked up by couriers on Friday or Monday. Orders placed after 6am on Friday will be picked by couriers on Monday or Tuesday.

Estimated Transit Times:

  • Local delivery (GTHA): 1- 4 business days (for order be placed before 6am). Please note that shipping carriers vary depending on the destination.
  • Express (GTHA): 1- 2 business days (for order be palced before 6am from Monday to Thurday). Please note that shipping carriers vary depending on the destination.
  • Standard delivery (rest of Canada): 7-11 business days. Additionally, please note that in some areas, carrier may require you to pick up your package at a local post office (Canada post) instead of delivering it directly to your shipping address. Please note that shipping carriers vary depending on the destination.
  • UPS/Canpar/Purolator/Canada Post: displayed at checkout, depending on courier and location

Expected Delivery Hours: Anywhere from 10:00am-11:00pm EST.

Flash Friday or any other free shipping offer will only be offered in Standard shipping (3-11 business days) . Express or Expedited shipping is available at request for extra fees, please contact us at Orders@JessicaNailSupply.com.

Only Canada Post will deliver to a PO Box.

Other Conditions

Free shipping offer is NOT available for:

  • Nail Lamp, drill machine
  • Freight items (for example, some furniture and heavy electronic products)
  • Items over a certain size and/or weight, over 3kg (gallons, flammable liquids, case products...)
  • Orders shipped International country (outside Canada)

Exceptions & Special Items

Additional handling fees will be applied at checkout for the following types of items:

  • Freight items, oversized, or heavy products: This includes items over a certain size/weight, such as large cases, gallons, etc.
  • Hazardous, flammable, or combustible liquids.

If your order includes any of the above, we may need to adjust the final shipping costs and will notify you of any changes.

The carrier for your shipment may vary to meet transportation safety requirements.

Bulk/wholesale/Funitures

We ship Canada-wide, live rates are enabled to calculate the most accurate shipping fees for your parcel. If you are ordering in bulk/wholesale/Funitures, please contact Orders@JessicaNailSupply.com  Our team will reach out to you promptly to help facilitate your order and ensure the best offer and shipping arrangements.

International Shipping

We ship internationally, live rates are enabled to calculate the most accurate shipping fees for your parcel. If you cannot see your shipping area just reach out to us and we can help you process the order from our backend! Please be note, you are responsible for any duties or taxes assessed by Customs. Any adjustments or increases resulting from tariffs, or from the date and time the shipment crosses the border (regardless of the pickup date or transit delays), are beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, customs clearance procedures, the delivery procedures of shipping companies or any other factors beyond our direct control.

Pick Up At Store:

Easily place an order online and opt for free in-store pickup

  • Pickup orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for Pick up.
  • Pickup is available during our regular business hours. Please check it before you go to our store
  • Please remember to bring your order confirmation and a piece of photo ID when you come to collect your order.

STOLEN PACKAGE

If you believe your package has been delivered but was stolen, please note that effective January 1st, 2024, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to porch piracy. 

If the tracking number associated with your delivery shows a photo of the delivered package, please follow these steps: 

  1. Submit any evidence of stolen packages to your local authorities and file an official report. 
  2. Share the official police report with us. We will review it and consider what actions we can take to assist you.
