Do I Receive A Discount If I Am Certified?

We unfortunately do not offer discounts for certifications at this time but do offer discounts for wholesale orders with bulk quantities. Also, following covid-19 our business did a price repositioning, so a lot of the prices you see now have been reduced by 20%. I Noticed My Order Is Missing An Item, What Do I Do?

When you receive your order and notice an item missing please contact us within 7 days, this gives us time to follow up with the shipping department & those involved in the handle of your order- anything beyond this time it will be very difficult for us to resolve.

My Order Didn’t Go Through But My Bank Account Says I was Charged?

Our system requires all card processing information to be correct, when this happens it usually has to do with a billing address error. The money from the bank is sent but when it reached our systems, it declines. Reassured, if you did not receive an email confirmation, the order will not gone through and the money will automatically reverse. Please allow 1-3 days. If you notice that it still hasn’t reversed please contact
