JNBS Neon Pigment Powder ( Set Of 12 Colors)

How to use:
1 STEP: Prepare nails as usually
2 STEP: better 2 Layers of WHITE GEL - cure with UV or LED lamp
3 STEP: Apply Neon Pigment with brush
4 STEP: Use Top Coat
Can be used for gradient nails, Seal with a clear topcoat.
You can also use them to decorate your home, cell phone's case, 
glasses, made card, body art, etc.  

Note: It cannot be glow in the dark, but much brighter than normal powder.
