How to use

1. Prep & Sizing

Nail Prep: Perform a standard dry manicure. Cleanse, dehydrate, and lightly etch the natural nail. Apply pH Bonder and Non-Acidic Primer.
Sizing: Choose a tip that fits sidewall to sidewall without pressing down. Note: If between sizes, go larger and file the sides for a custom fit.
Etching: Lightly etch the underside of the Bare Gel-X® tip with Gel-X Prep® to ensure a strong bond.

2. Application

Base: Apply a thin layer of Extend Gel to the natural nail and fully cure.
Bonding: Apply a small bead of Extend Gel to the base of the Bare tip. Press the tip onto the nail at a 45-degree angle, starting from the cuticle and pushing toward the free edge to eliminate bubbles.
Curing: Flash cure each finger for 10 seconds. Once the full hand is applied, fully cure in an LED lamp for 30 seconds.

3. Shaping & Finishing

Trim: Remove the hexagonal handle and use a tip cutter or file to reach the desired length.
Refine: Etch the surface of the tip with Gel-X Prep®.
Polish: Apply your favorite Gel Couleur or leave them "bare" with a simple coat of Top Gelcoat X for the ultimate natural look.

Pro Tip: To maintain the structural integrity of this ultra-thin system, Bare Gel-X® extensions should only extend half the length of the natural nail bed.
