1. Powering On & Wireless Operation

1. Charge the Unit: Before cordless operation, connect the included adapter to the charging port until fully charged.
2. Power On: Toggle the main power switch to turn on the dust collector.

2. Adjusting Suction & Workstation Setup

1. Positioning: Place the LG618S directly beneath the client's hand or foot work area during e-filing or manual sanding.
2. Select Suction Level: Adjust the speed control dial to set the desired airflow (lower speeds for light prep/buffing; maximum speed for thick builder gel/acrylic removal).
3. Dust Capture: Work directly above the intake ventilation grille to ensure all flying debris is pulled directly into the internal filter.

3. Filter Cleaning & Maintenance

1. Power Off: Turn off and unplug the unit prior to cleaning.
2. Remove Filter: Pull out the reusable filter drawer/mesh from the unit.
3. Clear Debris: Gently tap the filter into a trash receptacle or use a soft dry brush/hairdryer on cool mode to blow out accumulated dust. (Do not wash the reusable filter with water unless explicitly specified).
4. Reinsert: Slide the cleaned filter firmly back into place before the next use.
