NEVERMIND Blooming Gel (15ml)

What You Will Need

• UV/LED Lamp
• NEVERMIND Soak-Off Base Coat
• Solid Color Gel Polish (e.g., White or Light Pink for the base)
• NEVERMIND Professional Blooming Gel (15 ml)
• Contrasting Colored Gel Polish (e.g., Pink, Purple, or Blue for the design)
• Fine-Tip Liner Brush or a Dotting Tool
• NEVERMIND No-Wipe Top Coat
• Lint-Free Wipes & Cleanser (if needed)

The 5 Steps to Blooming Beauty

Step 1: Prep and Base

Start with a clean, prepped, and filed nail. Apply a layer of NEVERMIND Base Coat to the natural nail.

DO NOT FORGET: Cure the base coat for 30 seconds in an LED lamp or 1 minute in a UV lamp.

Step 2: Set the Foundation (The Background)

Apply one or two thin layers of your chosen base color (e.g., a standard white gel polish). Ensure even coverage.

DO NOT FORGET: Cure each layer of base color completely (30s LED / 1m UV). This layer should be dry before the next step.

Step 3: Apply Blooming Gel (The Canvas)

This is the most critical step. Apply a generous, even coat of the clear NEVERMIND Blooming Gel (from your photo) across the entire surface of the nail. Use smooth strokes, just like a top coat.

🚫 CRITICAL: Do NOT cure the Blooming Gel! It must remain wet for the design step.

Step 4: Add Design Color & Let it Bloom

While the Blooming Gel is wet:

1. Place a small bead of your contrasting colored gel (e.g., pink or purple) onto a palette.
2. Use your fine-tip liner brush to pick up the colored gel.
3. Gently touch the brush to the surface of the wet blooming gel, applying it in fine lines, dots, or a marbled pattern.
4. WATCH IT BLOOM: Stop and wait for 5 to 10 seconds. The clear blooming gel will automatically draw the colored gel outward, spreading and softening the edges into a beautiful watercolor effect. Add more pigment if needed, but work quickly.

Step 5: Seal and Protect

Once you are satisfied with the dispersion of the color:

1. Immediately place the hand in the lamp.
2. CURE COMPLETELY for 60 seconds (LED) or 2 minutes (UV). The curing process freezes the design in place.
3. Finish by applying a coat of NEVERMIND No-Wipe Top Coat and curing one final time for a high-gloss finish.

Pro-Tips for Success:

• Timing is Key: The longer you wait before curing, the more the design will "bloom" (spread out).
• Contrast is Better: Use a high-contrast design color (e.g., bright pink on a white base) for the most dramatic marble effect.
• Consistency Matters: Thin colors spread fastest; thicker gels create tighter, more controlled designs. The NEVERMIND formula is optimized for smooth, controllable blooming.
• Controlled application: For the blooming layer in Step 3, you want it even, but not so thick that it pools at the edges. Too thin, and the design won't spread properly.
