Packaged in a 15ml aluminum tube, this yellowish transparent gel formula serves as the essential base layer for customized brow and lash tinting services. Unlike conventional oxidation dyes, this plant-extract formula works through a sequential, non-mixing application process. Dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested, it provides a gentle, reliable solution for professional lash and brow stylists seeking tailored color depth and shade customization.

How to use

Application Protocol:

For Lash Tinting: Attach RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Eye Protection Papers using RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask.
Optional Priming (Eyebrows Only): Apply RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer to eyebrows only. Leave on for 4 minutes, then wipe clean with a dry Q-tip.
Base Gel (Step 1): Apply your selected Base Gel shade (Ash, Chocolate, or Deep Brown) to brows/lashes. Leave on for 2 minutes, then remove completely with a dry Q-tip.
Activator Gel (Step 2): Apply RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel. Leave on for 1 minute, then remove with a moist cotton ball.

Storage & Stability:

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources (do not store above room temperature).
Tightly close the tube immediately after each use.
Minimum durability after opening (PAO) is 6 months.
