Actually Shiny!

I have been using many different top coats from Amazon that advertise as a shiny top coat but do not deliver on the shininess that I would expect. This top coat, on the other hand, actually looks super glossy and shiny. It is also thick enough to layer over chunky nail gems/sequins. Totally worth it, plus it's not very expensive.
